Having tried different types of headphones over the years, I have to say that the Aukey EPB18 are definitely one of the most comfortable and lightweight on-ear headphones that I have tried to date!
Not only the Aukey EPB18 on ear headphones are comfortable and lightweight but they are also foldable and have superb sound. The volume of the sound can be turned up very loud and sound produced by the drivers is clear with just enough bass to balance the sound.
You can answer calls with them as well as play, pause, skip songs and volume up and volume down. There is a total of three touch sensitive buttons on the right headphone where the micro USB port and microphone are also located. On the left headphone, you find the 3.5 mm audio socket.
The main button is the power button with integrated LED indicator which doubles up as a the pair and play/pause button.
The other two buttons are for adjusting the volume up and volume down, skip-track back and skip-track forwards. To skip songs, light tap the either button. To increase or decrease volume, press and hold either button.
To pair the Aukey EPB18 headphones, simply press and hold the power button for 4 seconds until the LED rapidly flashes red and blue. Once paired, the LED will flash blue.
As far as aesthetics, the Aukey EPB18 Bluetooth headphones have a black matte finish with soft ear cups and headband. The headband itself can be adjusted up and down up to 5 cm in length, in increments of 1 cm.
The built-in rechargeable 300mAh li-po battery takes around 1.5 hours to charge and lasts around 9 hours with moderate volume and use.
