Last month I did a review of the 1byOne Portable wireless speaker, and I am back today reviewing a pair of wireless earphones for running and/or working out in the gym. First impressions are great when unboxing the 1byOne Bluetooth 4.1 workout in-ear headphones, which come inside a nicely presented packaging box along with two sets of different ear tip sizes, two sets of ear hook sizes, a nice-looking carrying pouch, a user guide and a charging USB cable.
The 1byOne wireless in-ear headphones flat cable drapes comfortably around the neck and can be adjusted to size.
Overall, these wireless earphones have a sleek design with a small LED indicator and a micro USB port hidden under a flap on the right earphone.
The microphone and control buttons are inline so you can conveniently volume up and down, pause a song or answer a call that's coming in.
The middle button is multi-functional and allows you to power on and off, and pair the earphones, answer or reject a call, as well as pause and play music.
The two buttons on either side of the middle button (+ and -) are the volume controls as well as the skip forward and back buttons.
The 1byOne Bluetooth 4.1 earphones have a nice weight to them, feel comfortable to wear for hours and stay snugly inside the ears when working out (the ear hooks sit inside the ears instead of looping over your ears).

The Verdict
The 1byOne Bluetooth 4.1 workout in-ear headphones have a top notch quality build and offer a rich bassy sound, fit securely inside your ears and feature voice prompt when powering on and off and pairing. These wireless earphones are feature apt-X HD and 6th generation CVC technology which produces high-fidelity bilateral stereo sound and clear sound when talking on the mic. The inline controls and battery level indicator for iOS are also neat features not many Bluetooth earphones have. You can pair up to two devices, talk and play on the earphones for 7 hours with 180 hours standby time thanks to Bluetooth 4.1 connectivity (10 meter or 30 ft wireless range).
