The QY8 earphones come inside a neat Black zippered hard case, along with a micro USB charging cable, line buckle and different sizes of ear buds (x6), as well as different shaped ear hooks (6 different size pairs in total), cable clip and user manual.
First impressions of the QY8 Bluetooth earphones are great and these are really super lightweight. They are attached to a flat anti-tangle cable, which is great as it means they are less likely to fray.
The LED indicator, microphone and the controls (volume, play/pause/pairing and next track), which are also on the right ear piece are very easy to use.
The location of the controls is quite clever actually. The main multi-functional button is actually located on the outer casing of the right ear piece, and pressing it allows you to pair, play/pause and answer calls.
The other two buttons are the volume up/next track and the volume down/previous track, which blend seamlessly on the side of the right ear piece. The sound itself is good.
As far as charging, full charge takes approximately two hours and that gives you around five hours of music time or talk time (175 hours stand by time).
The Bluetooth radio frequency range is 10 meters, and also feature 6th Gen CVC noise reduction and apt technology. The QY8 also feature the latest version of Bluetooth, 4.1 + EDR (Enhanced Data Rate).

The Verdict
From having used them for a while, the QY8 sports earphones really feel comfortable to wear and with the different size and shape ear hooks you can find the perfect fit for your ears so the earphones do not fall out when working out at the gym or running outdoors. The sound of the QY8 sound just as good as as more expensive earphones (base and treble appear to be well balanced). On a full charge you can get a good five hours of continuous playback, which is great for listening to music, audio books and also for hands free calling.
